Abstract

The interrelation and association of tectonic and magmatic processes in the Carpatho-Balkanides of eastern Serbia are responsible for numerous mineralisations, and significant metallic ore deposits. Tectono-magmatic processes in this part of Serbia began as early as in the Precambrian and continued through several divisions to the present state of the lithospheric evolution. The most important was the Alpine tectono-magmatic cycle, lead-zinc and other minerals were formed.
