Contribution to the study of the Kosovo coal quality

Abstract

This paper gives qualitative parameters of lignite in Kosovo coal basin and new test results. The presented in formation is expected to encourage further study of the little explored coal basin. Petrographic, physical and chemical properties of carbonaceous material are described in the context of all important coal qualities, and a critical review is given o f the earlier studies. The presented study results are the fundamental science and usability based.
